OWA, which stands for “Out of this World Amazing” is creating a new product category, powder shampoo. The brand’s innovative powder-to-foam shampoo is good for the planet, because the products require smaller packaging.

To use, mix approximately a spoon full of the powdered product with water. OWA’s regular size bottles are small, at 4 oz – but the minis are even smaller, and can be hung in the shower.

Each 4 oz bottle of OWA’s powder shampoo, called Hair Wash, is equivalent to 4 regular size bottles of shampoo, the brand says, since traditional formulas contain a high percentage of water.

At just $5, the hangable mini encourages skeptical beauty fans to try it.
